We support community driven sustainable development projects to assist HIV/AIDS orphans, vulnerable children and their families in Malawi.
We do this by:
- Improving access to quality education in rural areas
- Providing orphaned and vulnerable children with basic care by supporting Community Based Child Care Centres
- Helping communities obtain safe water and basic health services
- Providing basic Income Generating Activities for financially underprivileged groups
All of our projects are driven by the communities we work with. A community group or individual will approach Joshua with an idea or problem. We then work closely with that community to address the problem, find a solution and help them achieve its completion. Often community investment in a project comes in the form of labour, villagers bringing water to a building site, moulding bricks or helping to clear land.
