A very busy and productive few months have passed since our last newsletter in April, and we are pleased with
the progress we have made in some of our projects. For this, we must thank our Country Manager, Gem Clark, who has worked with us for three and a half years, implementing various projects, organising the office and staff so that the administration has greatly improved and our management and running of projects is much more efficient. Sadly for us, Gem has decided to move onand has returned to the UK. Fortunately, Alice Taylor has stepped into her role for a while, so I am sure that with Alice’s contribution, we will continue to make progress and be able to make good progress with our primary mission to assist the vulnerable people in Malawi. Alice has years of experience in development, and has been working with Gem as her Manager, so she is very familiar with all aspects of Joshua and we cannot think of anyone better to take on Gem’s position. Many thanks to Gem for her amazing input for Joshua and equally, thanks to Alice for stepping into the role and for her assistance to Joshua in the past and in the future.
